Well the boys will start school soon! Yea, this is of course a blessing and a curse. Blessings; time to knit, time with friends, uninterrupted showers, peaceful yard work. Curses; homework, PTO, afterschool events, general drama. Just as in Yoga---balance is the key. This also holds true for knitting. Too much color, pattern or embellishments and the beautiful item is a soup. Not enough design elements and boring. Balance. Too much yarn and your stash fills your two extra bedrooms. Not enough and you have nothing to knit with or inspire you. Balance.
